What exactly are they? What do they do? What is the point? And why is it so hard to find the answer to any of these questions?
I had spent a lot of time wondering what NFTs were, and as I began asking around, I realized a lot of others had the same question. When looking it up online, I found sources only partially answering the question, or providing information in non-linear way.
I decided to create a broadsheet combining multiple sources, calling out the basics of “what you need to know”. I included my own simplified summary of the sources, rearranging information in a clarified way. This 5-spread broadsheet synthesizes multiple online sources. The typeface and color palette refer to the digitized aspects of NFTs. Images are manipulated and then printed by risograph, contrasting the highly modernized topic.
